Morris Township Names Paul A. Phillips Township Planner
PPG’s managing principal, Paul A. Phillips, has been selected to serve as the municipal planner for Morris Township, NJ. Mr. Phillips will assist the Township’s governing body, planning board and zoning board of adjustment with all planning-related matters, including development application and master plan and zoning ordinance preparation.
