Firm Revising Redevelopment Plan for Major Medical/Senior Living Complex in Plainsboro
PPG is assisting the Township of Plainsboro, NJ on amendments to the FMC Site Redevelopment Plan, which facilitated the development of the new University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro, slated to open in 2012. PPG's work will focus on planning a comprehensively-designed and integrated medical/office/residential complex, which will include the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a skilled nursing facility, an age-restricted housing/assisted living facility, an adult and children's day care facility, a 32-acre public park along the Millstone River and other medical facilities and offices.
