Overview
Fort Lee’s prime location at the foot of the George Washington Bridge has transformed it from a quiet suburban town, into a key population and employment center subject to intense growth pressure. PPG has served Fort Lee for the past 9 years completing all ongoing planning activities including large-scale master plans, downtown studies, and redevelopment plans as well as more focused zoning ordinance revisions. In addition, the firm has prepared hundreds of development reviews for the Borough’s Planning and Zoning Boards, representing the Borough’s interest at public hearings on each application.
