Phillips Preiss Grygiel

Phillips Preiss Grygiel LLC has named Keenan Hughes, AICP, PP, LEED AP and Elizabeth Leheny, AICP, PP principals of the firm.  Since joining PPG in 2008, Keenan Hughes has specialized in redevelopment studies and plans, market feasibility studies and planning reports in condemnation, zoning and land use litigation matters.  His clients have included the City of Bethlehem, PA, the City of Elizabeth, NJ, the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission, the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation and various private developers and property owners.  Elizabeth Leheny joined the firm in 2005 and specializes in master planning, neighborhood planning, parks and open space planning, historic preservation planning and zoning.  She is also experienced in redevelopment studies and fiscal impact analyses.  Ms. Leheny has worked for a variety of private and public sector clients in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
