Keenan Hughes, AICP, PP, LEED AP
Mr. Hughes joined PPG in 2008 and became a principal in 2011. He specializes in redevelopment, market feasibility studies, economic development and planning reports in condemnation, zoning and land use litigation matters. He has advised clients in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, including the City of Bethlehem, PA, the City of Elizabeth, NJ, the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission, the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation and various private developers and property owners. He has a graduate degree from Pratt Institute and a bachelor's degree from Kenyon College. He has also been a visiting professor in the graduate planning program at Pratt. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, New Jersey Professional Planners and is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional.
