Master Developer of Asbury Park Waterfront Retains PPG
PPG is advising iStar Financial, the designated Master Developer of the Waterfront Redevelopment Area in Asbury Park, NJ, on its overall redevelopment strategies and also providing assistance related to potential amendments to the existing Waterfront Redevelopment Plan.
