Overview
Union City, a densely developed municipality located just outside New York City, selected PPG to complete a long-needed overhaul of its Zoning Ordinance and other land development regulations. The new document brings together the City’s land use and development regulations in one document and organizes them in a coherent, user-friendly manner. It also will guide development in a way that requires it to be compatible with Union City’s existing character, while incorporating new approaches to land development regulations.
