Overview

PPG was part of a team that prepared the Upper Georgia Avenue Great Streets Redevelopment Plan for Washington, DC. This corridor study included a thorough community engagement process and built upon other planning efforts in the area to create a document that serves as a revitalization strategy for surrounding neighborhoods and guides investment within the corridor, which includes the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. PPG was responsible for analysis and recommendations pertaining to zoning, market economics and development feasibility.

Results

Coordinated land use planning for the corridor with transit improvements and City investment.
